Customers are very grateful for our idea support. For the housing we have added a waterproof rubber ring, which can better guarantee protection in different conditions of using. The development of shell molds is also part of our field of work. PCB manufacturing, components sourcing, FCT, SMT( assembly work), finished product assembly.

This PCB board material is FR4, 0.6mmT, ENIG surface finish, green solder mask, white silk screen. 2-layer board, PCB is very small, only 18 * 18mm.You could fasten it with keys together or put it in your pocket.

Since the product mainly uses Bluetooth modules, the Bluetooth transmission distance is very important.

Not only did we use antenna elements, but we also made a very small, thin and narrow antenna board inside the housing to help transmit signals and expand the transmission range. We use Gerber panels on the motherboard and antenna board, which not only saves the cost of the motherboard, but also saves the customer’s cost. This is the idea we propose and it is highly appreciated by customers. Customers thank our design team for their suggestions. The added antenna board is just one layer of the circuit board, which won’t increase the cost much, but can improve a lot of performance.

The signal transmission distance has been increased and the appearance of the product has also been changed. Taking into account the clothing of the elderly, children and pets, the shape should be softer, more hidden and beautiful.

We have designed a soft rubber box, beautiful colors and some nice stickers. In order to export to Japan, we will design local cherry blossoms and traditional cultural patterns. Exported to Australia, we have koala sticker design, that is, a product logo, which can also increase the beauty and interest of the product. We can provide customized, OEM, ODM services.

Now it is a complete product, and the package instructions (the instructions can be customized in different languages as needed).

At the end we also did a functional test and let our employees to take it home for a trial. Everyone’s feedback is very good, and the alarm is accurately exceeded or the route is searched through the mobile phone. Put this in your child’s pocket or wear it on your pet. If they run away or someone else maliciously takes them away, the alarm will sound in time.
