This is a double-sided patch, single-sided plug-in PCB. There are more than 80 kinds of materials in the BOM. The PCB itself is a two-layer board, lead-free spray tin, green and white, 1.6T thickness. Initially, the customer’s information was incomplete and there was no pick&place file. For PCB boards of more than 80 materials, without pick&place files, it cannot be turned into a SMT machine normally. After communicating with the customer, they finally found the .pcb file. The engineer exported the v pick&place file based on this and organized them into files to program the SMT machine.
This product is the control board of the instrument, which is used in combination with the relay board. You can also work alone.
After assembly work complete, we need to debug the 6 adjustable resistors to control the voltage of the adjacent components to a fixed value. Then fix the screw of the adjustable resistor with glue to ensure that this value will not change. In the second step, we need to program the two main chips. This process is to use a network cable to connect the PCB board and the computer together for operation. In the third step, we will copy five files to the SD card. The fourth step is to supply power. Observe the blinking and color of the LED to confirm the normal operation of the PCBA. The fifth step is to fix the light guide column to the housing and proceed with the housing assembly. The sixth step is to pack and ship.
